Based on several examples from Wethersfield/Hartford, with deep shell carvings rather than shallow fans. Note the hollow skirt which matches the shell carving in the lower case. Three examples are shown here: two in figured maple and one in flame birch (see "commissions page" also). 71 1/2 inches high.
